East London MTB Training Rides

 Description

 Saturdays @ 8:00am Abbotsford 3 way Stop  Distance: usually 35-45kmDuration: Possibly 2-4 hours depending on fitness of group.Terrain: A bit of Tar and Gravel Roads, + single track if it did not rain much.Difficulty: Not difficult, but the single track can get difficult if you are not used to this type of terrain. If not sure, contact me (Antoinette -0834411108) to explain. Plenty up and down hills.
 Sundays @ 7:15am Abbotsford 3 way Stop  Distance: usually 30-50km (We will decide on the day)Duration: 2-4hrsTerrain: Tar, Gravel & a bit of single track.Difficulty: Easy for the regulars. Not sure? contact me.  (Antoinette).  Always ups and downs. We live in East London, something we have to accept.
 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Usually if there is a race on the weekend there will be no formal training rides on that weekend.
